Hello dear Migros team Even if a lot of people are upset that there are more and more "no real vegans", I think it's important to give vegans the opportunity to continue to live with their similar eating style without having to cause animal suffering. That's why I think it's great that burgers, nuggets, sausages and more are on offer. My family and I live this way and we are always happy to try new products. Some are great, others a little less so and could be improved. What would be a huge pleasure for us is to be able to continue to incorporate the traditions we had before into our new lifestyle. These include in the fall: venison pepper! You could replace it with jackfruit. The consistency is like meat and the nutritional values are tiptop! In winter and at Christmas: cinnamon stars and other homemade cookies. The vegan pre-made dough is an absolute highlight for every kitchen. As well as vegan fondue and vegan raclette (this one from V-Love needs to be improved a bit, it's too sticky and not spiced enough), fondue chinoise, Biber, Berliner, cream roll, Black Forest cake, vegan chocolate eggs, vegan Weggli, vegan Chäschüechli, vegan Fasnachtschüechli and and and and... You just have to get used to the unusual. Even if many people don't like it, the world is changing, generations and their traditions are changing, as are people and their thoughts. Just because everyone did it in the past or does it today doesn't mean it was or is right. The economy and nature have to pull together in the same direction. Because the farmer needs money and a job, the giant corporations want to fill their pockets, animals should not be exploited and murdered. It is no surprise, you can read the facts, the food that is grown annually for the animals would satisfy the entire world hunger. No one would go hungry if they gave up or reduced their meat consumption, so I ask you to continue tirelessly! You are great! Thank you very much and best regards, C. Heule
