I used to get bonus points for the Boncampo capsules, just like for the normal Delizio capsules. However, I have not yet been credited any points for the new M-Budget capsules. Is this intended and if so would it not be correct as it says "1 point for EACH capsule".
It usually takes a few days for bonus programs. But I would always check, as I've had points missing more than once. I then sent an email with the receipts (digitally in the Cumulus account) and they were added manually.
Delizio also received a reminder e-mail from me without any receipts and the account was brought up to date within a short time.

If not, I agree with the previous writers@Fredericaand@steckirecht: Contact Delizio and ask where the points are.
