I miss a product like Maizena Express in Migros. I find this sauce thickener super practical. Simply stir it directly into a sauce that is too thin and leave to cook. It gives a perfect sauce consistency without lumps.

We don't actually have a product in our range that is comparable to cornstarch. However, we do have an alternative that works very well for baking:https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/109702400000
It is best to briefly mix the cornstarch with water beforehand, then it also works very well as a sauce thickener.
Your request for an instant product remains on our list of ideas.

I work at VOI Migros Partner. I am often asked by our customers about the missing product. I think it's a shame that they have to shop at our "competitors" because of this!
It would be really great if Migros could also bring such an express sauce thickener onto the market!
