I would think it would be great if you could also include corn flour in your range. There are many Latin American products that require this ingredient. What do you think?
Many thanks and best regards Pingu

Hello pingu
Thank you for your message and your suggestion. I will be happy to pass it on to our product managers.
Are there any other members here on Migipeda who would be interested in this product?
yep! corn flour would definitely be a good thing for many mexican dishes, but also for other dishes. the problem with rather exotic products is probably that migros has unfortunately not yet really understood how to publicize the possibilities of these items - also with the help of the internet. migros serves the market but doesn't really develop it....
not in the magazine, but at the point of sale, i.e. in the store on the rack, on the product or wrapped around the product. there are many possibilities. a simple, inexpensive one would be a stand in the entrance with leaflets about new products, where they are displayed in the store, and what can be done with them in a simple but tasty way. in the case of cornmeal, for example, this would be a rezpet for wraps baked in a frying pan, kept warm in the oven and then filled/rolled according to preference. as a variation on simply putting cornmeal in the oven - the chances of it disappearing again are not small I think.
I would be the first to buy it! I love baking and often need corn flour for it. Please please please add it to the range, then it would be much easier to buy.

Corn flour is also a good alternative for anyone with coeliac disease, including for omelettes, breads, cakes etc. I buy it at the health food store when I'm in town.
There really are a number of uses for corn flour. I would also welcome the introduction of this flour into the Migros range!
