Of course I updated the M Play app for Storymania, but unfortunately everything from the last Migromania Lego is now gone :-( We would have loved to continue playing. It would be great if the past collection campaigns would remain in the app.
That's right! And those VR glasses that you could get hold of last time, what are you supposed to do with them now? I've written an email to Migros and I'm looking forward to their reply. Because if all the radio plays are suddenly gone during the next collection campaign, that would be a real shame!

So I got the following answer via Facebook Messenger: The stories are only available in the Migros Play APP until the next promotion at the latest. After that, the Migros Play APP will be updated with the new promotion. The stories can then only be played via the audio box.
I received an email (I asked via email and Messenger) to say that the stories will still be available on the iPhone after the end of the promotion. The question for me is whether they simply mean after the end of the promotion, when you can no longer collect the points, or even when a new promotion comes along...
Unfortunately, I still haven't received an answer either here or by email :-(
It would certainly be no big deal to keep the old collection campaigns in the app!
What use is the owl figure, for example, because you can record a story via the app... what happens when the campaign is over? Is the figure then useless?

So maybe the stories will remain available after all. And I hadn't thought about the owl, but that's a good question too, of course.
I'm pissed off again, after I had to replace the box because it didn't work, I've now taken the trouble to discuss the Lulu for 20 minutes. I could hear the story, wanted to send it to the box, which didn't work and now the whole story is gone!!!! I am really so angry that Migros has produced such a mess, for me Migros really gets a damage to its image, so much trouble...
Oh dear... so we are otherwise very happy with this campaign. My big girl loves these stories and likes to listen to them forever.
We haven't tried Lulu yet.

I got the following answers for you: Our colleagues are currently looking into activating previous campaigns in the Play app and are happy to receive any direct feedback. When I want to transfer a message or story from the app (lulu) I get the message
"You are currently not connected to the internet"
Well, it's slowly getting too stupid for me.
Just like the answer you should contact me via FB, great how do you contact me if you don' t have FB? by registered letter or what?
