Dear Migros, In the meantime I find the statement that the product was not bought enough simply amusing ;-) As a customer wrote here, the Migros outlet in Dietlikon was still selling them as remaining stock. When I went there to buy a few more if necessary, they told me that 3 PALETTES OF THESE BAGS WERE COMPLETELY SOLD OUT WITHIN 1 WEEK. The employees were even surprised at how quickly they sold out. Since then, I simply don't believe this statement if no clear figures are communicated to show that the sales figures were too low. I think many customers would even be willing to pay a certain percentage more for this product if it could come back under MBudget.

Let me do the math for you: - 1 roll of 100 bags from M-Budget cost 1 franc - compared to 100 bags from Tangan, it would cost a whopping 10.50 francs for the same quantity!!! So: Seriously? Based on the feedback here (and there are rarely so many people writing in one post, that should mean something), it should be clear to you that the bags urgently belong back on the shelves. But they will probably be available again in 1-2 years under Migros Classic and then for three times the price... What a shame...

Hi Angela Thanks for the detailed feedback. Unfortunately for me, as for many others here, the bags with handles are not an option. You have developed a system at home over the years. If you then have to struggle with such a change of article, you first have to develop a completely new system. The same problem as with the modified Tangan 2L all-purpose bags, which can no longer be hung up in a hanger as before (I think there's a topic on this too). You simply changed something in order to be innovative and creative WITHOUT THINKING ONE SECOND about the effects on customers. In addition, the previous bag roll was a budget issue for many people, including me. I know you want to be constantly innovative and creative. Change is progress. You have product designers who are paid for these ideas. You can perhaps save costs and materials here and there by adapting them. I know how things work BUT there is also the customer side. If you bring something out or take it out of the range and customers are up in arms about it, you can also give in and meet the customer's wishes and admit that you have thought wrongly or not to the end (e.g. the disposal or hanging systems for customers). You would gain sooo many additional sympathy points if you listened more to customers / customer feedback here and there. You've already done that and it's been consistently well received :) Perhaps another question: What would be necessary, whether internally or externally, to be able to offer the bags again? That would interest me. Maybe I'll get an equally detailed answer :) Thanks and regards Missy

I would also be delighted if Migros would bring these practical multi-purpose bags back into the range! We really needed them a lot!
