The barbecue season is now over for this year, but a "Liquid Smoke" would still be a great thing for next year! This is a concentrated smoke flavor that can be used to marinate meat, but also to add smoke flavor to soups, sauces or other delicious dishes.
Incidentally, the right one is not produced synthetically, but completely naturally!

I would also find this flavor good for use in vegan cuisine. It gives vegan sausages, sauces and homemade 'bacon' the right goût.

I'm in favor of that too! Liquid Smoke is available in an oil or water base; I prefer the latter - it can be sprayed wonderfully on the respective dish.
Superfine e.g. on baked vegetables, in homemade dips or for neutral tofu and seitan products :-)

Hi gregi83, I have asked the buyer. As we expect demand for Liquid Smoke to be too low, there are no plans to launch it in 2019. However, we are keeping an eye on the product and regularly check the potential for our range. Kind regards, Sina

I would also be delighted with Liquid Smoke, you can never have enough of the taste of smoke.
