The barbecue season is now over for this year, but a "Liquid Smoke" would still be a great thing for next year! This is a concentrated smoke flavor that can be used to marinate meat, but also to add smoke flavor to soups, sauces or other delicious dishes.
Incidentally, the right one is not produced synthetically, but completely naturally!
