New delivery with Planzer instead of post

Lieferung neu mit Planzer statt Post

I would like to know why Migros (mElectronic) has recently started using Planzer instead of the post office. I have received several deliveries from Migros, always reliably by post, but this time (a notebook for just under 1000Fr.) it was sent by Planzer. Nothing was delivered on time (midday/early afternoon) and after I waited at home until 18:30h, the delivery day was simply changed. I have had bad experiences with Planzer before with deliveries from other companies and would NOT have ordered from M if I had known this beforehand. If you look at the reviews, I am by no means an isolated case. You may save a few centimes, or someone may get a kick-back, but you will certainly lose customers this way. In any case, I will no longer have anything delivered. I'd rather pay 20 or 50 or 100Fr more than have to wait days for an announced delivery.

Melectronics has a lot of catching up to do in terms of its online store. As it should be: https://www.pc-ostschweiz.ch/de/product/microsoft-surface-laptop-studio-for-business-14-4-i7h-32gb-1tb-ssd-rtx-a2000-w10p-29224559 Click on "Add to shopping cart" - Click on "Shopping cart" at the top right - If you don't have an account there, click on "Order as a new customer or guest" - At the bottom under "Shipping" you can choose between "Priority" (A Post via Swiss Post), "Economy" (B Post via Swiss Post) and "Budget" (undefined postal delivery service such as Planzer).

I have also had negative experiences with Planzer, not in connection with M-Electronic, many people are apparently switching to Planzer, a bit cheaper? But I'm not enthusiastic about Planzer, I prefer the post office.

...or you can buy locally. This eliminates the hassle of ordering and delivery. It also ensures that local businesses stay alive.

I'm also someone who stores in-store, but there are countless reasons why it's more ideal and practical for some people to shop online... Sorry, but this tip is useless and unnecessary.

@Rollimaus Unfortunately, the article was only available online and when I look at your emoji and your name, I think you understand that I don't always find it so easy to shop with a wheelchair either. By the way, I always buy groceries in the store just because of the list of ingredients (incompatibility) but usually also with the help of a dear neighbor.

@missy_89 I don't think so. When you go out, you see people, you can talk to them and have contact with others. Only "dina Hocka" would be nothing in the long run, you just "wither away and become a club". Contacts via the Schmaraphone are never the same. Maybe that's not the way to save the "little ones" in the long run. As far as I'm concerned, I can say with a clear conscience that I've never ordered anything from Salanto and Co. and I certainly never will. I buy clothes, shoes etc. locally because I know immediately whether it fits or not and the annoying back and forth is also a thing of the past (unfortunately, Pöschtler often work 12 or more hour shifts on Saturdays for this very reason). @Bodenseeknusperli It's true, not everyone is mobile on foot (including me), the last TV was brought to my home and set up by a colleague, the new "sunbathing area" ordered from the local furniture store was also brought to me by a colleague in a cab. I'm not responsible for the laziness 😒 😔 of others 😉 @Smoky_2 I get it, but it wouldn't be for me because if you have problems with an item like that, you have to have the device picked up and you don't know how long it will take to get it back and what it will be like afterwards. Yes, that's the case, I'm also in a wheelchair and accepting help is something I only do in the very, very extreme emergency and even then only very reluctantly (reasons for this lie in the past).

Good for you and I wish you all the best, but you are not the navel of the world 😉 If someone buys or orders online, then that person will have their reasons and these reasons are not necessarily social phobia, loneliness or stunting.

Where did I write that? I never claimed to be "the navel of the world". 😠

Since we've strayed a bit from the basic topic... here's a push to Migros. An M reply wouldn't be bad. thanks!
