What do you think about Leshop? I think it's a great thing and we are also good customers.
But I think Leshop should offer more Migros and Budget products, and also 2x Cumulus on Thursday or double points on the next order from 100 francs...
And if you have collecting fever, you should also get the Joker at Leshop...
What would you improve at Leshop or what are your wishes?

I have received the following information from the people responsible at leshop.ch:
- We are in the process of looking for a technical solution for the 2x and 5x bonus coupons.
- We will improve the search function in the course of 2016. Unfortunately, I cannot yet give an exact date for when this will be completed, as planning for 2016 is still ongoing.
- As far as delivery times are concerned, we aim to specify these as soon as possible throughout Switzerland. This has just been implemented in Zurich. Gradually, other regions and, over time, the whole of Switzerland will also benefit from more precise delivery windows.
- 2-fold Cumulus points: We offer this regularly via the Thursday newsletter. You can sign up here if you wish.

@Jrene_MigrosArethere any changes compared to the answer from 06.08.2013? Some time has passed and I would say you still don't get 2x and 5x Cumulus vouchers / can use them.

Unfortunately it's not working yet - I received my monthly pet food delivery yesterday.
Because it was delivered on Thursday, I got 2x points.
As far as my freezer. The freezer box is unpacked and taken away immediately.
But it just goes into the grinder and then right into the Economat. About 15 meters from the vehicle to the pantry.
In the early days, the postmen simply left the bags on the first floor and I had to heave everything up with great effort. That was a big advantage that LeShop offers today: No more lugging. It works reliably. Some letter carriers moan audibly to make it clear how hard they have to work, but as the service is paid for, I'm not impressed.

That would be so great if it was delivered to the front door. I know an elderly lady who is no longer so good on her feet and whose property management doesn't want to repair the elevator. They probably want to save the costs or get rid of the lady. Perhaps the management would respond to a complaint from the post office if the good lady ordered two six-packs of 1.5 liter bottles of drink every week. One of them weighs a good 9 kg, plus a few bananas, tomatoes or whatever else is needed.
If I've seen this correctly, delivery costs CHF 7.90 for orders up to CHF 200. That would be money well spent, because the administration in question has long since stopped responding to letters or complaints from tenants.

In my case, they always have to go up and down several times, that's just part of it. I have a delivery subscription, so once I've transferred the subscription fees, I no longer pay delivery charges for orders over CHF 160. Otherwise it's 7.90 from CHF 200, which is correct.

Le Shop has made gains. Measured against retail sales in Switzerland as a whole, which are likely to have shrunk by around 2% in 2016, the 3.5% growth achieved by the Migros subsidiary in 2016 is impressive. However, measured against the performance achieved by the online supermarket in the previous year (+6.6%), a slowdown in the pace of growth cannot be overlooked. Growth rates were also higher in 2013 and 2014 than in 2016.
Nevertheless, Le Shop is confident about the future. The assumption is that the momentum will increase when the consumption potential of digital natives reaches its full potential one day. According to demographic forecasts, the "digital natives" will make up the majority of the population in Switzerland by 2020 - and Le Shop is already rubbing its hands with glee.
