I was shocked to discover that Léger spaghetti has been removed from the range.
Can anyone tell me why? :o(
It's not because they had fewer carbohydrates, but because they really were better than the classic spaghetti...
And in general, I'm getting a bit tired of the Léger range getting smaller and smaller... :o( I think that's a shame!

I think the Léger line is gradually disappearing because there's a general "less-fat-fat-pollutant-chemical-etcetera" trend going on. And also because many Léger products simply don't make sense - the flûtes or prussiens, for example, or the little Gutzi with the chocolate bits...
Hmm...I can't quite understand why people keep saying that Mr. & Mrs. Swiss are getting more and more overweight. After all, nowadays there is an increasing emphasis on healthy eating...
Of course the products from the Léger line are not much healthier, but at least they are a little... ;o) and "a little" adds up to "a lot"... :o)
@clodiii Thank you for your contribution! We will be happy to check with our nutrition department to see how Léger is doing in general and then give you feedback. The spaghetti is no longer in our range, as it was unfortunately no longer so popular. Kind regards, Madlen

Well - that's where I disagree. Potato chips with 30% less oil compared to conventional brands - that doesn't make potato chips more natural. Mostly the same synthetic seasonings, additives and ingredients.
The unhealthy thing is not the potato chips, but the potato chips as a routine basic food for Mrs. & Mr. Swiss.
It would be better to simply offer truly natural products, i.e. products with as little refinement as possible...

Addendum: on the other hand, I think the whole milk range, for example, is great: you can offer "sensible léger" by dispensing with or reducing the usual addition of cream...! These products escape my nagging.

Demand for Léger products is generally on the decline, but this does not mean that this line is being abandoned altogether. Many popular products, especially the reduced-fat Léger cheeses, are still in our range. Exciting products from a nutritional point of view can now be found under the new YOU feel-good brand. For example, yogurts that only contain 100 calories per pot thanks to less sugar. Or pasta made from 100% pulses. The Léger brand was introduced so that all Migros' own calorie-reduced products could be marketed and recognized under a single name. Originally, the Slimline range was also to be merged into Léger. The fact that individual products are now being transferred to the YOU range, which looks very much like a kindergarten range, is not only very confusing, but also extremely annoying. For years, attempts have been made to create uniform lines, for example by bringing together all muesli - even the REDDY cherry muesli - under Farmer, and now they are once again creating a total dispersion in order to push the expensive YOU line. Migros is doing itself absolutely no favors! I, for one, am boycotting YOU in general. Which means: the more you reduce your YOU range, the less money I spend at Migros.
Two former schoolmates who haven't seen each other for years meet in Migros:
"YOU? - Oh!"
"I am!"
"Aha..."
Product names like that put me off too. There can't be anything clever behind such gaga names.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like this borderline yuppie approach to the Migros range. Perhaps an idea: launch M-Classic stores - there are only products that don't correspond to any splinter group or fashion trend.
YOU is being pushed a lot, which I find really unappealing. There will be a lot of mayfly products that will be on a "1/4" stand somewhere in a remote corner for four months.
"1/4" stand somewhere in a remote corner. I am convinced of that. Unfortunately, there will probably also be fewer Léger products, which was my first thought when the protein bread was remodeled...
