Is it really the case that the Léger mocha drink has definitely disappeared from the range? At least that's what my mother was told at Migros Oberland Thun.
The new YOU-Breakfast-Drink Coffee-Cereals was advertised as an alternative which, at least for me, is undrinkable. Furthermore, a 250ml bottle of this drink costs CHF 1.95, whereas the Léger mocha drink, with a content of 500ml, costs CHF 1.75. I would be interested to know how this enormous price difference can be justified? Especially as, apart from the price, the YOU drink doesn't even come close to being an alternative in terms of taste. In the Léger drink, the slight acidity of the yoghurt came across well, which is not the case with the YOU drink.
It's a shame that other Léger products seem to be gradually disappearing from the shelves.

Dear Migros, it was with great dismay that I learned of the "demise" of my much-loved Moca legèr drink? I am inconsolable and find myself in a depressive anti-yoghurt drink phase? This You Drink is not an option for me because 1. it doesn't taste good and 2. it's really expensive?
It's a shame that as a die-hard Migros customer I now apparently have to "go astray"
My hope remains, however, because the legèr chocolate yoghurt was also taken out of the range for a few weeks, but is now available again....???

Hello everyone, thank you very much for your messages. We understand your disappointment. It is particularly annoying when a favorite Migros product is no longer available on the shelves. However, the fact is that demand for Léger products in general has fallen in recent years. The Mocha yogurt drink is no longer available for this reason. Sometimes, unfortunately, adjustments to the range are unavoidable.
It is a shame that the YOU drinks are not convincing. However, the two concepts (YOU and Léger) are not comparable. The YOU Breakfast items are rich in protein and fiber. The Léger mocha drink had less fat. When launching new products, we always try to cover all customer needs - unfortunately we don't always succeed. I loved the Leger Mocca. Now I have to make it myself at home. A tip to recommend to others. If lots of people do this, Migros will make less money.
Above all, I have now heard from three different Migros branches that these yogurt drinks were incredibly popular and therefore sold very well!
So what should I make of these controversial statements?
What about other Leger products? Should I now fear that Leger Flan or Leger Coup Chantily will soon no longer be available?

I understand your uncertainty and the demand for Léger products has indeed declined in recent years. Sometimes, therefore, adjustments to the range are unavoidable.
We have no plans to remove the entire Léger line from the range. However, we are still stocking items that are becoming less and less popular in selected stores or are removing them from the range.
At the moment, we have no plans to discontinue any further items. However, as already mentioned, we are constantly analyzing our product ranges.

I also miss this item. In my Migros app, it appears at the top of the list of frequently purchased products... I can't find the other Legère drinks anywhere either. Unfortunately, the Bifidus drinks are no alternative in terms of taste. And I won't pay more for less content.

Dear Angela and Luisa from Migros. Thank you for your answers to our readers' inquiries. But it is clear that some kind of problem has arisen with Estavayer SA. Resp. I have the feeling that Migros, as I have often heard, is no longer paying the producers enough. If you compare your answers with the requests from consumers, then unfortunately you immediately realize that something can't be right here. If a product is taken out of the range that comes from a subsidiary, you should simply come clean. This PR truth is unfortunately becoming more and more widespread and it is simply no longer professional. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

You draw some exciting conclusions. In most cases, however, the correlations are a little more complex and not so easy to explain. But what I can tell you for sure is that we generally take products that are not being bought enough off the shelves. That also makes sense. Why should we have slow sellers when we could fill our limited shelf space with something more popular? This has nothing to do with a PR response, it's simply market economics.

Hello Dominik. The yogurt drinks were certainly not discontinued for reasons of space. That's what I call an exciting conclusion. If I were you, I would really investigate internally why something was discontinued. I think it's more likely that some kind of optimization measures were taken with regard to production. Nonetheless. As a customer, I simply believe these standard sentences less and less. That's what I wanted to say. I'm a big Migros fan, but I had to write something here too. Lg. Matthias
