Léger Fondue and Léger Raclette

Léger Fondue und Léger Raclette

As raclette and fondue are available all year round, I would like to request that the two Léger variants, Léger Raclette and Léger Fondue, are also available all year round with immediate effect. There should be no discrimination, especially because the products are available in the store all year round. Everyone should have the opportunity, whether for health or personal reasons, to choose the Léger variants.
I cannot accept the excuse that it is seasonal; if Migros insists on this answer, it would have to remove all raclettes and fondues out of season.

Hello @indios, thank you for your message. Outside of the actual fondue and raclette season, we only offer those products that are in the greatest demand. Unfortunately, this does not include the two Léger products. We will also be focusing even more on seasonal products in future and reducing the range of raclette and fondue in summer. Kind regards, Richi

It was clear that Migros would say no, it is currently taking extreme steps backwards.
I think Migipedia can be abolished, it helps us customers absolutely nothing.
You can no longer see the nutritional values, there are always excuses, no consideration for customers, everything that works well is removed, etc. etc.

I would also like to have the Léger Fomdue all year round... I always freeze some in spring.

It's just awful how Migros always talks its way out of it. They can't even judge whether the Léger fondue or Léger raclette is less popular, because they've never offered it all year round. If I make raclette or fondue in summer or, like today, all year round, then I want the Léger version!

Hello Migipedia community, I personally do not know what is different about Léger products. Whether less fat or less sugar, low in calories, whatever. You just have to look at how much sugar a product has. There are fats that the body needs. Even salami has sugar. (Glucose lactose would be another topic) please explain.

I also share the opinion of Indios....

The same with M-Budget Feta, for example... Am I not allowed to save money out of season and am forced to buy the more expensive fetas?

Oh, that's the way it goes, Léger is cheaper, or am I getting it wrong again? Then it would be about prices. Well, I preferred to have croissants to bake up from M-classic. Margarine Delice . I've never really found anything edible with Léger. Then I had to grit my teeth and leave Migros. Unfortunately, "Summerbrise" from Gold is only available in summer. I wouldn't have any alternatives with Léger either. Either way, tastes are different.

Pleasing every customer is an art that nobody can do. ?

Hello Indios ! I'm glad that I'm not the only fan of Leger fondues etc. . As a diabetic, I have to be very careful with fondues. With the Leger Fondue I had found one that was much more tolerable, but this is probably the same story as with the Bifidus that were replaced by LC1, an alleged customer request that lacks any basis, because there are many people who do not tolerate normal yoghurt, but Bifidus does. This points in the direction of number-crunching, a term I invented that works as follows. The people in charge only look at the figures and if they don't correspond to what they should then the product is thrown out, which is understandable from an economic point of view, but then the Migros motto "Migros belongs to the customers" comes up a little short. Because there would be an own newspaper (magazine) and an app available in which you could ask the customers what they think about a product. But I'm far too stupid to allow myself to criticize such things anyway. In this sense, greetings Mario

Hi Indios I just wanted to write to you that I also wrote to Migros about the Legèr fondue. With almost the same result, that I got a standard reply mail (slightly modified) just like with the Bifidus yoghurts. hIhi They are too weak in sales. Which led me to reply that I don't really believe that mealworms are more profitable than a fondue variant. There was also the possibility of a mixed calculation to support a "weaker product". I have heard nothing more since then. Greetings maeru2
