What if you just ate a smaller portion of fondue? And add some raw vegetables to fill you up? I also like to eat fondue. Because it's such a calorie bomb, I don't eat huge amounts every week. Just an idea. Personally, I wouldn't buy/eat low-fat or high-protein fondue. If fondue, then real fondue, but less often and less.

I only eat vegetables with it. I can only eat low-fat cheese. And less is out of the question, it's too little.
