Lactose-free coffee cream in the Migros restaurant
Laktosefreier Kaffeerahm im Migros-Restaurant
Dear Migros
Ever since Migros started providing coffee cream in jugs in its restaurants (and no longer in portions), I've had a problem with my lactose intolerance. The lactose-free coffee cream is missing... As I don't have to give up milk and dairy products for pleasure, but because of my lactose intolerance, this is very tedious for me.
I have received the following responses to my inquiries about lactose-free coffee cream:
- "As you may have noticed, the oceans are polluted by plastic waste and Migros is contributing to this..." (oh no, I've never heard that the oceans are polluted? - Irony off...)
- "There should actually also be a jug of lactose-free coffee cream, then the customers without intolerance probably drank it away..." (great, and now there's no more??)
- "I just don't know if my boss ordered this...?" (I don't know either)
I would therefore be very grateful to Migros if there were also lactose-free coffee cream in jugs (which would then also be visually distinguishable from the normal one) or if the portions without lactose were available again. As Migros attaches particular importance to aha! products (which I think is great), they should also be available to customers in the restaurant.
Thank you very much!
