Dear Migros For my weekly shopping trip, I wanted to add the ready-made granola bread mix to the app again. However, the product can no longer be found. Is this an error in the system or is this ready-made bread mix no longer available? That would be a great pity, as the mix for spelt bread with chia and rye has already disappeared. Dear Tabea Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, these baking mixes do not meet my expectations of a bread. I estimated that the old baking mixes also came completely uncomplicated in the pure flour pack. The demand is difficult for me to understand. The grain bread mix was not available in several branches of the Zurich, Aargau and Lucerne cooperatives in March/April, but was still available afterwards. I hope you didn't include the months in which the product wasn't sold because it was sold out in your demand analysis...

In 9500 Wil SG, the shelf was always empty. Once a few packs arrived, they were gone again immediately. It was a brilliant bread.

The alternative bread mixes from Migros are not the same as the granola bread mix that you had in your range at the start of the coronavirus crisis. Why did Migros take this bread out of the range during Corona ? It is a staple food !!! My shelves were always empty and sold out in the store. I would make this bread almost every day. We all loved it. It was the best baking mix I ever had. I can't believe the demand is too small for it. I see many items in your racks that I'm sure have the smaller demand. You are now forcing all of us customers to make online purchases at the Coop, which means that some products will no longer be bought at Migros, as we are already shopping at the Coop anyway. So I can only see disadvantages for Migros if you no longer have this granola bread in your range. Kind regards Pascale

I really miss the two baking flour mixes "Kornlibrot" and "Dinkel/Chia". The new two varieties from You are good (but far too expensive), but just not like bread. I would really like to see the two mixes back in the range so that you can quickly make a real loaf of bread (preferably with spelt). Thank you.

I have informed our divisional managers about your request. Regarding the discontinuation of the item, I can tell you that the analyses for the product range adjustment already took place last year, as such processes are always planned a certain amount of time in advance.
