No access to the hotline

I have been trying to call the hotline for many days, but always without success. You are told in the preamble that access is not possible immediately due to too many calls. This is acceptable at certain times, but not for days on end, even at off-peak times. I am very annoyed. You are deliberately blocking the line and denying your subscribers access.
Please inform me immediately by e-mail of a route to your hotline. I will contact the public media if I am told not to do so.
