The Infoline suggests thatMiguelsch submits the request directly to the person responsible for the product, which seems sensible to me for questions about individual articles. The questioner-responsible-questioner route is certainly more efficient than the questioner-forum-infoline-responsible-infoline-forum-questioner route. The questioner is then free to announce the result later to the forum participants. I myself have posted questions directly under a single article several times. Advertising is a side issue here. The real problem lies with the product, which may have to be removed from the range. Once this is the case, the question of advertising resolves itself. If, on the other hand, Migros only refrains from advertising, the sparklers are still poisonous.

I didn't find your answer very helpful. Sparklers are poisonous. However, this does not mean that this is a problem with sparklers, as they are not eaten. It is problematic to put sparklers on cakes. The burnt-out candle leaves barium nitrate, aluminum and iron on the cake. It's not about your (Migros) cake or the fact that you sell the two products in combination.
