FYI: Although the product has been available for several days now, availability is not reliable. Some stores actually have the product on offer every day, but according to the app never (morning, noon, evening, 1 hour before shopping, while shopping, 1 hour after shopping, ...). And some stores have constantly had the same (relatively high) number of items listed for days. There's still a problem somewhere.
This not only applies to the Marronichüechli, the availability of a number of products is not right...

I've also gone to a Migros (near me) so often for nothing, where it said online that the product was available (and not just 1 piece, but several)... I no longer even look to see if the product is available, but go straight to a larger MM/MMM Migros (which may not be near me, but has the product there).
I really don't understand why it's not (technically) feasible or so difficult to link the store availability online on the website with the actual store availability; everything is digitalized nowadays anyway, Migros knows exactly how many pieces of which product are still available in which store (stock etc.) and which ones have to be reordered because there are none or only very few left...

Hello smartcoyote, the online stocks are linked to the stocks in the stores. The latter can be incorrect for various reasons, for example due to theft or because someone was shopping just before you. Best regards, Sina

Excuse, it's not true for weeks!

Hello Sina According to this, an eager and generous Migros customer must have placed his home-baked Chüechli in the large Migros stores that sold Marronichüechli every day this week, although according to online information they had none at all ...

@indios Why excuses? Read the Migros reply again 😉. This time Migros itself writes about incorrect stocks (i.e. this time not that the customer should have looked at the wrong time or not properly) and apparently they know several (!) sources of error (which doesn't make things any better from my point of view - on the contrary). Why the stock figures are then not corrected for weeks (according to your observations this is the case), I have not yet read an explanation. It looks more like Migros considers the problem to be irrelevant...

Why do you always react so annoyed as soon as someone tries to support YOUR concerns?
