Cardboard cups for the children

Kartonbecher für die Kinder

Good morning,

We regularly go for a coffee at the Migros restaurant on Saturdays before the "Posten", the grandparents, us and our 3 children. The children like to drink their water or sometimes mineral water with the obligatory tube from the cardboard cup. If we assume that we use three of these paper cups on around 35 Saturdays a year, that's 105 cups for us alone, and often more during the week. Of course, we still use one of these practical plastic lids, which has saved us from many a mess.
When I see how many other children use these paper cups...., wouldn't it be more sustainable and cheaper for Migros and the often-touted environmental protection to offer reusable plastic cups? With matching lids, of course...certainly more expensive than paper cups in the short term, but cheaper and more resource-friendly in the long term...
I would like the serving tray not to look like MacDonald's when it is disposed of and our children could not only look at the coffee cups, but also see THEIR cup disappear on the conveyor belt into the kitchen. ?

Thank you for the opportunity to make my suggestion.

ah, one more question:

can anyone still remember these dark Zöpfli filled with coconut paste? about 20 years ago they were available in Migros, unfortunately only the hazelnut Zöpfli are still available, which also taste very good. So if the Kokoszöpfli were to reappear in a retro campaign.... I would be a buyer... ?

Kind regards

Thömu
