Most people will never notice because they only have one Cumulus number. In our family, however, there are 3 different numbers for 3 different people. That's why we get 3 different statements every 2 months.
In this mail-order service, the card with the highest turnover receives a voucher of 350 points for purchases of CHF 70 or more. The 2nd card, which is mainly used at the weekend and also has a good turnover, gets 400 points from CHF 80.
But here's the thing: the card with the lowest turnover, which also belongs to a young man, is supposed to shop for 140 so that 700 points can be credited!!!!
Seriously, dear Migros? The fewer sales, the less likely it is to earn multiple points? Ok, I always have all 3 numbers with me and if a purchase really adds up to such a large amount, I will gladly collect points for my son. We make sure that something is added to the card from time to time anyway. But what about single people? Or the two old people in the old people's home who hardly get any points anyway? Do they get a receipt with even higher requirements?
You're hardly going to boost sales that way, at most the frustration sales ;-)
