After I bought a new tin of these pads recently, I was very disappointed when I used them:
I couldn't get my nail polish (not gel) off! I suspect that the formula has been changed. Although it smells wonderful, it no longer has any effect at all.
What a shame, I was happy with the previous product for years, but will be looking to the competition in future.

Hi @belfleur, the specialist department has identified the item asI am Nail Polish Remover Pads without Acetone - so in line with Frederica's picture. We have actually made a change to this product, but it is actually a product improvement. When did you buy your tin, do you remember roughly? Best regards, Sina
I can no longer say exactly - about 2-3 weeks ago.
Too bad, the previous product was optimal :)
