I have fully loaded the box, downloaded and installed the Storymania program.
The box connects (the green tick appears under point 1) but the download under point 2 does not work. I can click on "download", then the window opens where you can select the language and after clicking on "download" there are only the three dots that light up under "download progress" and at some point they are gone, but nothing has really been downloaded. What is going wrong?
