QUESTION Dear Cumulus Team For years I have been enthusiastic about the Cumulus program and have been collecting diligently. But today I was very surprised to see that I had redeemed vouchers worth CHF 40. I have not redeemed any vouchers. When I asked the customer center (from the very nice employee), I was told that the vouchers had expired and were therefore considered redeemed. Now my question: Is it not possible to point this out to the customer beforehand? We are saving our vouchers for as long as possible so that we can afford something special. I would have loved to redeem the vouchers.
