In line with the nutritional trend, a non-sweet product would be a welcome addition. A low-fat, protein-rich quark with herbs or peppers or........ can be eaten on bread, as a vegetable dip or on potatoes.

You don't need a high for this, just quark! It's so quick to make yourself
You can also make sweet fruit yoghurt and quark yourself. And yet people still like to reach for the ready-made, low-fat/high-protein options. Why not a savory version that I can buy and enjoy anytime, anywhere?

But then without sugar in it (not like cottage cheese) and without high, because quark already has a lot of protein. You only pay more for high...............
A little tip until then: use low-fat quark and add some salt and fresh chives, it's so delicious and healthy, low in sugar and high in "natural" protein. It's also cheap because you're not paying for hype, and can be prepared in 2 minutes (you can also snip the chives with scissors), I can only recommend it😁
Like my colleagues, I hardly have the opportunity to prepare this at lunchtime while I'm working. I also like to have it more convenient when I'm out and about and use such preparations. And that's what this topic is all about. If you prefer to prepare it yourself, that's completely ok. They don't use ready-made yogurts etc. either.
That's why I said "until then" in the sense of "until such a product is available in the store, a temporary solution" 😉↵↵↵I also like it to be convenient, as far as possible😁 And not everyone has a fridge at work where you can store things you've brought from home - e.g. filled in a jar where nothing leaks out. But until then...
That means you give it a chance that the idea will fall on open ears 😳↵I would be happy.↵Merci for the suggestions

Prepare in the evening

And then let it get nice and warm until lunchtime. No cooling option.
Yes of course that would be great, more variety would be great and if it's only for a short time because there's limited space, at least. I'm still waiting for fruit yogurt without added sugar so I don't have to make it myself all the time, and in the meantime I just go to the Coop. As I said, I also like convenience😁
Dear Migros, please offer fruit yogurt without sugar.
Hello ayabakan, I have discussed your request with the specialist department. We currently have a quark with herbs in our range. Unfortunately, we have noticed that it is hardly ever bought. This is also a disappointment for us, as we would have liked to expand our range in this area. Apparently, however, we were wrong about the potential demand. We are therefore removing this curd from our range again. For the same reason, we are currently refraining from other variations. There is generally no added sugar in quark. The sugar listed in the table is lactose. You cannot avoid it if you consume dairy products. However, as there is no sugar in the list of ingredients, you can see that no sugar has been added to the product. On the subject of yoghurt: we are also concerned with the issue of sugar reduction in our yoghurts. For this reason, we have introduced the YOU 100Cal line. These yogurts contain a total sugar content (lactose, fructose and added sugar) of just 9 grams per 100 grams, which is at least 30% less than conventional yogurts. We have also introduced the Coconut Coyog line, which is completely free from added sugar and sweeteners. We regularly test new products, including fruit yogurts without sugar. Unfortunately, I can't say if and when such a product will appear on our shelves. However, I have forwarded your request to the specialist department. Kind regards, Sina

I am very pleased that my suggestion and wish has been heard. I was a regular buyer of the herbal quark mentioned. However, as it was only available in the large Migros branch in Wil, I was unfortunately unable to benefit sufficiently from the offer. Perhaps it was not advertised as a healthy option sufficiently or in exactly the same way as the newer protein-rich, low-CH products? Healthy eating trends are attracting more attention right now.
