Last week we had collected our 18 stamps for a stuffed rabbit and wanted to exchange our booklet. However, there were no more stuffed animals in stock in Avry, so the market information desk gave us the address of a lady in Zurich (Sabrina something) to whom we should send the booklet. We would then be sent a stuffed rabbit.
Now last Friday I got my letter back undeliverable. Apparently we were given the wrong address.
I finished collecting the glue in time, but how do I get a bunny now?
So I still expect something from Migros. It can't fob off its customers so "cheaply" and all collection campaigns should be treated equally.
In other words, if there were no more surprise packages, you would get a CHF 20 voucher. This should also be the case with the bunny campaign, as you have made sales for the same number of francs.
That's actually true. I paid Fr. 1 postage to send in 2 cards and got a booklet for Fr. 1.-- !!!!!!!!!!!! Then I would have preferred to keep the rabbit stickers for the children to do handicrafts and buy a booklet with the CHF 1. (I had already bought the booklet for my children during the collection period).

Hello
Migros has miscalculated again, that's nothing new. So far there hasn't been a single campaign like this that has been handled flawlessly, they never learn. But it wouldn't be that difficult. It wouldn't be a problem for newborns, sows, pigs and piglets. :-)
Quote from Carina The easiest thing would probably be to make a test purchase and then the seller would have to prove where he got all these sticky things from. I told my friends who had also bought there to have scans of the receipts emailed to them as proof. Some of them received the same ones. In my opinion, this is further evidence that confirms the theft. But what the heck, Migros doesn't care, in the end some customers are left out in the cold and have collected at least CHF 360 worth of stickers in vain. The only thing that counts for Migros is the turnover, a few hundred or thousand disappointed customers are not important, Migros already has the money from them. :-)
The supplier Ricardo.ch also sold well over 50,000 stickers at the beginning of the year for the campaign with the Ü-packages, which corresponds to a purchase volume of over one million francs. I had followed a good 2000 auctions, recorded everything and sent it to Migros, but nobody there was interested. I phoned half of Migros, the helpline, Migros Aare, FMC, etc., but it was impossible to reach anyone in charge. Only the manager of the Lucerne cooperative was at least interested. I sent him the data I had collected up to that point and an update a week later. He had obviously forwarded the documents but the people in charge at the FMC left their thumbs in the after, which is apparently normal for office gums of a corporation. A Ms. Britschgi from the FMC informed me by phone on February 10 that Migros was doing nothing.
As soon as the bunny promotion started, the provider immediately had several multiple offers going on again, but I didn't check them again. I had a quick look and the number of bunny stickers sold was about the same as during the previous promotion. I still maintain that the stickers were all stolen. In this way, another few thousand bunnies certainly got away; I would put the total loss in terms of purchase volume at around 2.5 million francs. In the meantime, he also sold MegaWin tickets, and that's only what was on Ricardo. To save on fees, you simply order the second or third time by mail, and many providers join in. So my estimate is more likely to be at the lower end of the actual loss.
There are always thieves and scammers on Ricardo.ch, but Ricardo doesn't care as long as they profit from the listing and transaction fees. Last fall I fell victim to one of them, he took my money but didn't send the goods. Ricardo wasn't interested, because there is no buyer protection. As revenge, I then sent the crook 200 grams of vermin in a flat, understamped feather box. Whoever opened it will certainly never forget the experience. :-)
Greetings from the yellow Migi piglet which is better not to tease :-)
I don't believe that now, but Migros always says that they are working on it and want to solve the problem with Ricardo. In any case, I've already received that several times in response and have also read it on Facebook.
I think in connection with this new Hasen bankruptcy and as you rightly write, no Migros campaign has ever really worked without errors, the Kassensturz or Ktipp might be interested in your documents.
I think it should be made public that Migros is not doing anything about these fraudsters !!!!!!!!! This really makes "normal" Migros customers feel like they've been totally taken for a ride.

Hello
Yes Carina, that's what they say, but once again nothing will happen. After the first bankruptcy with the Ü-packages, Migros made a big noise that they would work on it so that it wouldn't happen again. But as we all know, it was the same sad game every time, with the last customers being fobbed off with a voucher or, as in the case of the bunny campaign, with a lousy cheap booklet. You can print out and frame Tanja's article today, it's just blah blah blah to keep the customers in line. It's not Tanja's fault, of course, she only writes what she's told to write, if she didn't do it, someone else would write it and she'd have to go back to work and restock racks.
Migros is counting on the fact that the currently angry customers will calm down again. The hundreds or perhaps a few thousand customers who have now only received a Fränkli bunny book will calm down again, nothing will be done for them, it would be far too strenuous and too expensive. Office staff are governed by the principle of inertia.
Migros is the largest retailer in Switzerland and customers believe they can't get past it. Maybe that's not even entirely wrong, because you also like to shop at Migros, after all you got the necessary stickers together during the campaign. We couldn't have done it because we only buy very little from Migros now.
But when the next Ü-Pack campaign starts, I'll wait until the last week and then buy the necessary stickers online. In February there was a full card for less than 4 francs (including postage) at the end, for which you could get a 20 franc voucher, when there were no more Ü-packages. So if I can shop with a discount of over 80%, I'll buy 40 or 50 20-franc vouchers. Then Migros is once again cheap and obviously doesn't care, because it didn't do anything about it. Of course I could have done it this year, but I didn't want to profit from stolen goods and damage "my" Migros. Since then, however, it has done too much cheating, ripping off, cheating and laziness, so THAT is less and less "my" Migros, only for a few products or exceptional cases.
Greetings from the Migi piglet
Addendum: Got you another picture from one of the bunny auctions. For 23.- (22.- + 1.- postage) you got the stickers for six bunnies. It would be a bit silly to buy for 360.- and only get one bunny. 18 stickers for less than 4.-, if the seller bought them legally, then I'll eat a broom.
By the way, why are people who sell these stickers on ricardo.ch being accused of fraud? I don't see what's illegal about it. Of course, it's not the smart thing to do, but otherwise there's nothing wrong with it.
This does not apply to people who sell their own stickers, which they receive regularly when shopping. On Ricardo, however, there are sellers who sell hundreds of stickers shortly after the start of such a collection campaign and I hardly think that you will have collected several hundred stickers in the "regular" way within 2 - 3 days. With 500 stickers, for example, that would mean that you must have bought CHF 10,000 worth. It is also not possible that someone has bought something very expensive, as there is a maximum of 10 stickers per purchase.
I also have a full booklet. As there are no more surprise packages in the Bremgarten Zufikerstrasse branch, I received an information note saying I could send in the booklet and the surprise package would be sent to me within 6 weeks. What address should I send the booklet to? I can't find an address!
