HARZER CHEESE

HARZER-KÄSE

You won't find Harzer cheese in any store in Switzerland. However, this product would certainly do extremely well. I know many people from the fitness sector, including myself, who would definitely buy it. Please include Harzer cheese in your product range!!!!!!!!!!

Hello
I also searched for this cheese. Please check again. It's great for healthy potato chips, mozzarella substitute etc. It has great potential as it is recommended by many nutritionists and fitness gurus.

so i bought one from JA in germany. unfortunately it just tastes like soap. otherwise i would love to eat it because of the nutritional value.
but the taste?? are there better types of cheese? with less fat???
yes but how do i make these chips...? does the taste change??
i really hope so:-)! thanks for your answer

By far the best quarter-fat cheese I know. Highly recommended. Light and easy to digest. One of my favorite cheeses.

PLEASE NO HARZER CHEESE!!!
Better a low-fat hard cheese (Coop had it a few years ago) with 5% fat. It was awesome.

I always get the Otterwischer sour milk cheese from the Alfred Ludwig cheese dairy. It's very good in the fall. Even my children like it.

I usually don't like the quarter-fat cheeses either, they are often rubbery and have little flavor. Fat is and remains a flavor carrier.

Formagella di Ticino is a real exception among the quarter-fat cheeses and tastes really good.

Compare the fat and calorie values in the table. It also beats the Légère products.

Yes, the Formagella di Ticino is great, I really like it too. But it's quite expensive. I also like the Léger cheeses.

But no Harz cheese, please!

where can i get this ottenweiler cheese? mfg
