Do you know if and when a cell phone holder (or an NFC display) will be installed on shopping carts? Today's generations are using more and more apps as "shopping lists", which means that one hand (which is urgently needed for cart filling / self-scanning) is occupied... :-/

I absolutely understand that not everyone necessarily needs this "weighing tuning". However, it doesn't bother anyone if it is there. In the end, even those people who always put their cell phone back in their pocket and take it out again are happy - quite honestly ;-) I also think that this adaptation is relatively easy to implement without any major "scaffolding" - after all, I remember shopping carts that have/had little clipboards for the paper notes.
