Yesterday I bought two bags of "Halbe Dotter-Eili" (Easter candy). I was very disappointed when I tried them, these sugar fondant eili are now soft and no longer have the firm consistency they used to have and I think the taste has also changed. What's more, the individual Eili are much bigger. Has the recipe been changed? This sweet has been my favorite for many years. I would be interested to hear the opinions of other consumers!

I'm not sulking, I'm just saying it or just keeping it here in the forum (in case there are others who are bothered by it). If it gets on people's nerves here in the forum that I post so much, then that's really no problem for me at all, I can leave it alone without any problems and just read along passively or only write my requests to Migros. I don't want to get on anyone's nerves here...
You don't bother me, why should I? I haven't even noticed that you post more often than others. I'm probably in here too rarely.

You probably only notice it when you're on the forum every day... I don't know, nobody bothers me here in the forum, no matter how much or what they post.
Hello, it was exactly the same for me! They were soft, almost liquid inside and one packet had turned into a compact mass by the time I got home. Very disappointing! :-(

That's really disappointing :-( Yet another product made worse; it really shouldn't be the case that Migros is constantly trying out "new" recipes or changing the manufacturer/producer. I think it's a real shame that you can't just leave good products as they are/were... I've always been lucky with these Eili so far; none of them have been liquid yet, but it's true that they've definitely become softer compared to last year.
I bought a pack last weekend. The egg yolks were all stuck in a heap and the white sugar mass was soft and no longer tasted the same. Unfortunately, this forum post has confirmed my suspicions. It's a shame that the recipe for good products is always being changed. The rest of the pack ended up in the bin and I will definitely not be buying it again.
I understand that everyone has their favorites, and if something changes that you are disappointed, but for me this is a luxury problem, I almost have to laugh at how you can discuss "Half Yolk Eili". After Easter it will be forgotten and next year the recipe will be different again.

How do you know that the recipe will be different next year? ;-) Do you work for the producer of these Eili or are you perhaps clairvoyant? ;-) Yes, of course, you're right, it's a bit of a luxury problem. But if you like these Eili and they're only available at Easter and you're so looking forward to them, only to realize that they're not the same quality as last year, then the disappointment is quite understandable. And that's why the forum is there, so that you can leave your criticism of products so that Migros knows about it and can make improvements if necessary.

2022: just as bad as last year, soft and plump, too bad! Was a favorite Easter sweet, now no more. Well, it still has other fine things :)

I also found that the quality of the half-yolk Eili left a lot to be desired this year (last year I didn't think they were so bad, at least the pack I bought then was still good). It would be great if Migros could reverse this and produce the egg yolks a little harder again.
I, too, have been a big fan of this treat for many years..... I noticed the change in taste and consistency last year 😔 But what was sold this Easter 2022 in the impractical, non-reclosable bags was an absolute disaster!!! 😖 The only way I can explain it is that this sticky mash must have been the idea of an overly greedy product manager🤔🤨 The more residual moisture, the more weight. The fact that the quality and appearance have fallen by the wayside doesn't seem to have occurred to any other Migros grand mufti either. In other years, this item was out of stock long before Easter ☝This year, the 50% Easter leftover shelves are still overflowing with these unappetizing 'things'.
