When I buy a bag of potatoes, for example for Gschwellti, I always notice that there are a few very large and very small potatoes in it.
Now I eat the small and medium-sized ones for dinner, but what do I do with the 2 giant potatoes that need to be cooked for longer?
It would be more practical if I could choose the size per pack in the store - large ones, e.g. for rösti or mashed potatoes, or small ones, e.g. for Gschwellti.
