I was allowed to take part in the barbecue sauce test today! But on the whole way home everything tasted like smoke! Conclusion from my point of view the sauces had too much smoke flavor!
I can't wait to see which ones make it into the vote!

The team from Migros is quite relaxed, friendly, nice ...... the whole thing is like the "Migros family"
And it is easily accessible by public transport! Close to Zurich main station!

The sauce can be fine, but is hardly suitable for people who have acid-alkaline problems!
We also don't appeal to people who avoid animal protein! I have noticed time and again that people over 50 appreciate light sauces that also have a certain spiciness.

I don't expect such ready-made sauces to take anything like acids/bases into account. Nor do I expect them to contain little salt or preservatives. Making sauces that keep for a long time is hardly possible in this way. If that's important to me, I make the sauces myself ;-)
And it's quite possible that younger people have a different taste to older people :-) Migros will launch a sauce on the market and then we'll see whether it works or not.
Yes, it was very interesting to taste and test these 7 sauces and to give my "mustard" ....... ?
I am also very surprised which 3 sauces came into the race, but one of my two favorites is the yogurt-mint sauce, which really surprised me. I miss the whiskey sauce, which is great, aromatically balanced and better than the conventional barbecue sauce, which I think is a shame, but I know that tastes are different, so you have to leave it at that.
So I'm excited and hope that the mint sauce, which I personally liked best of the three, will make it.
