Maybe one of you knows a solution... I have searched online and found nothing in the way of help.
I get to level 1 in the app, then I press grill it and then a picture comes up and stays and nothing happens.
I've uninstalled the app, updated it, granted permissions, turned off data saving mode, restarted it - none of it has helped. Does anyone else know anything?

I don't have a cell phone so I can't help you, but if you have just installed the app, you need to connect it to the login and Cumulus account first, as explained in the link from@Bodenseeknusperlier:

Thanks, that's done, logged in etc. I also get into the game but it stops where it would start unfortunately. I can open the yellow grill with the grill user.
Are there perhaps also anti-virus programs on a cell phone (like on a PC/Mac) with spy protection... that can block if they are not configured correctly, or that you first have to activate an Adobe Flashplayer... ?
I hope you get help quickly from someone who has a cell phone.

This can occasionally lead to individual compatibility and display problems for which Migros cannot offer any solution. We ask for your understanding. The large number of smartphones would require selective technical work that deviates from certain standards. For this reason, Migros does not offer any development-side adjustments for functionalities that are caused by changes to the operating systems of individual manufacturers. Hello, yesterday the game worked fine for me and this morning too. And now in the evening the game just doesn't work anymore. Why does the game no longer work?
The first world worked great for me too. In the second world, I was able to play level 61 in the morning and won with 2 flames, which it didn't show me. So I couldn't continue with level 62 either. Now I can't even get into the game... Why is that?
Presumably the game is currently being rebuilt and optimized so that you can no longer cheat.
