Everything sticks and since baking a dough it has a brown coating that can no longer be removed. I thought it was a very good idea, but I am disappointed with its practical value. If this pan needs a fundamentally different treatment to a cheap one, there should be something on the manufacturer's website. I will probably dispose of it, I don't feel like cooking with it any more.

Thank you for your message. The Greenpan frying pans are generally very heat-resistant and are therefore particularly suitable for searing meat. Due to the fast heat conductivity, there is a risk that the food is exposed to high heat for a long time and can burn if the temperature is not reduced in time. Aggressive dishwasher detergents can also reduce the non-stick properties of the frying pan. We therefore recommend that you wash the frying pan by hand.

I haven't yet found a frying pan that doesn't slip like new after a year at the latest.
I'll probably go to a specialist store and ask whether cast-iron frying pans are also available for ceramic hobs.

i have had the same experience. i always clean the pans with a microfiber cloth and mild detergent right from the start and everything sticks despite proper use. the base of all three pans has turned brown (not so heat-resistant after all). the pans have now been sitting useless+unused in the kitchen cupboard for over four years. i wanted to give them away, but it didn't work out. i will dispose of all three.

I have had exactly the same experience. In no other frying pan does everything stick and burn as firmly as in this pan. I bought two of them in 2011 and have rarely used them since. I will dispose of both next week. Very strange. In a normal pan I need a few drops of oil and the meat slides around diligently in the pan. With the Green-pan pan, I almost couldn't get the chicken breast out of the pan, the stuff sticks so firmly and it also discolors. So it's better to save money and buy a conventional pan!
I have exactly the same experience. I am not happy with this pan. I can't get it clean, everything sticks. I will dispose of it after just one month. What a shame. I followed the instructions exactly. The pan has never been in the dishwasher. I didn't use any abrasive products and I never fried at full heat.

I can only agree with the previous writers. We are also not at all satisfied with these pans.
This pan is a disaster! After 3 weeks, the coating is simply no longer usable - despite treatment according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Everything starts to stick when frying and the pan is almost impossible to clean afterwards.
It's hard to believe that a product like this even makes it onto the shelves!
