Article 29, 3 of the LKV (817.022.12) states: The energy value and the content of nutrients or nutrient components must be stated per 100 g or 100 ml.
SO THE FROZEN YO IS CORRECTLY DECLARED.
I weighed the frozen yo and subtracted the washed, dry tare after consumption. So I know the specific weight of the contents, but I have never been interested in this.
Of course it is correctly declared, but the nutritional values per 100 grams are simply more important. Never melt the ice cream first.
