It's a Samsung Galaxy A1032, I've had it for about 2 1/2 years.
Have you ever updated the software (Android) on your tablet? Since you bought it, I mean. If not, you should do this; you should be able to find it somewhere in the settings (the icon/symbol is usually a cogwheel on Android)
