Fluoride is a poison. This is a fact that you can quickly find out for yourself by googling. It is also carcinogenic and that has also been proven.
I would more than welcome fluoride-free water in Migros.

Hello 27-
Fluoride can have an acute toxic effect, but only if more than 1mg/kg body weight is ingested at once; quantities that are impossible to achieve through diet alone. The first signs of skeletal fluorosis are only observed when the daily intake is 10mg or more over a period of at least 10 years.
Our mineral waters contain no or very little fluoride, so there is no need for "fluoride-free" mineral water:
Aproz : 0.1 mg/l
Aquella : 0.1 mg/l
M-Budget with carbon dioxide : 0.2 mg/l
M-Budget without carbon dioxide : 0.1 mg/l
By the way: Even in countries with fluoridated drinking water, no connection between an increased risk of cancer and the intake of fluoride has been established to date.
Kind regards
Tanja
I guess that's where opinions differ. I still don't know whether toothpaste with or without fluoride is better.

So I avoid fluorine wherever possible. Fluorine is a highly reactive and very toxic gas.
Due to its powerful toxicity, fluorides were used for a long time as rat poison and as an ingredient in pesticides.
You can read all about it on the www. The only question now is who to believe????

Attention!
Fluorine =/= fluoride
Perhaps the difference becomes clearer when comparing chlorine and chloride.
While chlorine gas was used in the First World War to kill countless soldiers, we cook our spaghetti in salt water every day; and salt is known to be sodium fluoride.
However, I encourage you not to drink bottled mineral water. It is simply ecological nonsense. Here in Switzerland, we have the privilege of enjoying untreated tap water, which also has far fewer germs and uranium residues than mineral water. Not to mention the oestrogens in PET bottles.

I can only report on my experiences: Since I have been using fluorine-free toothpaste (approx. 8 months), I hardly have any gum inflammation any more and my DH is also delighted that I have much less tartar.
I also feel that my teeth are much whiter than with conventional toothpaste.
There's no going back for me :)
Hello consumer
Unfortunately, hormones and medicines are not filtered out of our water efficiently. So everyone gets some of my pill :-(
But buying bottled water is definitely not an alternative for me either.

In Switzerland, unfortunately, only 1/3 of the drinking water is untreated, the rest is chemically disinfected, among other things:
"This means that a third of the drinking water obtained can be fed into the supply network without treatment. Another third undergoes a single-stage disinfection treatment with ozone or UV radiation and chlorination. The aim of this disinfection is to kill pathogens that are transmitted through the drinking water. The last third goes through a multi-stage treatment."http://trinkwasser.ch/index.php?id=765
Unfortunately, humans cause numerous impurities:
"Major deficits in the biological status of Swiss watercourses ." https://www.admin.ch/gov/de/start/dokumentation/medienmitteilungen.msg-id-62651.html
However, tap water is still much more ecological and no more harmful than PET bottled water, for example!

I prefer to drink fresh spring water and try not to pollute the environment with chemicals! But in this day and age, this is unfortunately not the trend!
Konsumetienne writes on 9.8.15 Salt is known to be sodium fluoride. That is of course completely wrong! Salt has the formula NaCl, i.e. sodium chloride, not floride.
I would like to point out that more and more children have chalk teeth. And chalk teeth develop when dental health is neglected. What does that mean? If people no longer drink fluoridated mineral water, if people no longer take fluoridated salt, then chalk teeth develop. It is not true that fluorine is a poison. On the contrary, we need it for our own bodies and also for our teeth. Please stop spreading such garbage. Thank you !
