Where is the Farmer Urdinkelbrot in 9500 Wil SG?

why aren't there more spelt breads everywhere when demand is growing?????
Hello @velajucomapaIn, thank you for your inquiry. The stores with in-house bakeries (including MM Wil) stock the following breads with or made from spelt flour:
- AdR Urdinkel Farmerbrot
- CoR original spelt bread 350 g
- Spelt wreath 300 g
- Organic spelt plait 500 g
We also stock various other small breads with or made from spelt flour. Best regards, Richi
Please clarify why the Farmer spelt bread has not been in 9500 Wil SG for days. It is unacceptable that this bread should be taken away from us too!
Hello @indios we have already given you the answer in the post above. However, I have now contacted the Wil branch by phone and they have confirmed that they have this bread on offer. However, as it is not the most popular bread with the Wil branch's customers, there are not always huge quantities available. So there can sometimes be shortages. As we want to prevent food waste as much as possible, we base the quantity we order on demand, which in turn is based on experience from previous food waste figures. The Wil branch has not ruled out increasing the quantity on offer, but I can't promise you anything. best regards, Sina
Thank you, but it's impossible for there to be no spelt farmer's bread left at 09.00.
Thanks for the clarification anyway. However, there are so many things going wrong in the bread department in Wil that nothing surprises me any more. Even the stone oven baguette is still not baked properly (it's still really doughy in the middle because it's thicker there). I've reported it there and here, but nothing is happening........
@indios, we have already discussed your concerns several times with the Wil branch and the Eastern Switzerland Cooperative and have not been able to find any of the deviations you described - contrary to your claims. So that you can get a more detailed picture of our bakery, we are still inviting you to visit our bakery. Take this opportunity to discuss your specific points directly on site. Because the constant back and forth on this topic here in the forum will not help you or Migros.
If you continue to decline this offer, we will refrain from making any further comments on this topic.
