Too bad there is no owner's name printed on the Famigros card.
I had left my Famigros card at the till and at the information desk they held out a whole stack of Famigros/Cumulus cards for me to look through to see if my card was there.
I'm sure I signed the card, but it was impossible to find my card.
I also saw that many of the signatures on the card were almost wiped off,
Now I had to order a new card for which I have to wait 2 weeks according to the Cumulus homepage,,,

Thank you for your message. I think your idea makes a lot of sense - it is often the case that signatures on such cards (including half-day, GA etc.) quickly become blurred. I'll ask the Famigros specialists whether the name could be printed on them.

I find that surprising. After all, the card has a barcode on it, which could be used to find out the owner's address at the Cumulus center and notify them.
As I'm not allowed to join Famigros, I didn't know that you have to sign this card. I find that a strange idea and don't see the point.
It should be possible to print your name on the card; it's possible with the Cumulus-only card. Each card also has its own barcode.

I found out from the Famigros manager why the card is not personalized: the reason for this is simply that the Famigros card is intended for use by the whole household and not just for one individual.
For this reason, there are no plans to add a printed name to the card in the near future.

I'm sorry to say it so clearly: that's a flimsy explanation, and I hope you're only passing it on professionally and haven't fallen for it yourself. Because: the Cumulus card (without Famigros) is also intended for use by the whole household and not by a single person. Nevertheless, since the last design change, the name of the contract person (according to the registration) is printed on the back.
I am therefore of the opinion that those responsible at Famigros did not know why the (family) name is not printed on the card and passed on this wishy-washy justification.
You only really hear that from politicians...

If the Famigros card is a card for the whole household, why does it have to be signed? BY WHOM does it have to be signed - by all household members? Or only by the contractual partner?
Why can't the name be printed instead of the signature bar?

If I understand you correctly, you only have ONE card for the whole household and no stickers.
I'm not allowed to join Famigros, so I don't know the procedure. I only know that with my normal Cumulus card I found two cards in the brochure and four stickers. So I find it a bit strange that you only have one card as a family.
Don't you have an old Cumulus card or do you still have the stickers so that you can at least collect the normal points until the new card arrives? Can't you print out a provisional barcode online at Famigros?

As long as Migros does not print the names: A waterproof felt-tip pen could help with the labeling (it only has to be a separate symbol).
