I miss unsalted, shelled peanuts in the range, which I like to use for cooking. Coop etc. doesn't seem to stock them either, whereas otherwise there is so much choice of different nuts. In other countries (such as the Netherlands) you can buy unsalted, shelled peanuts in any supermarket. Is there a reason why this is not the case in Switzerland?

I suspect that this variant is simply not popular enough. The majority of people are probably used to eating either unsalted, shelled nuts or salted, shelled nuts.

There is a shelled, roasted but unsalted version of ültje in blue packaging in well-stocked stores.
There is now also the ültje "Pur" line, the peanuts are also not roasted.
Hi Natschi, thank you for your contribution. Last year, we included unsalted, chopped peanuts in our bakery range as part of a HIT campaign. However, due to insufficient demand, we no longer have them in our range - there are currently no plans to include them again. We ask for your understanding. We also do not see any possibility of introducing unsalted peanuts in the aperitif area, as aperitif products are predominantly seasoned or salted. As an alternative, we can only offer you our "Spanisch Nüssli". We are sorry that we cannot give you more positive feedback this time. Kind regards, Luisa

Yes, the problem is always where I eat these Spanish nuts - I can only eat them at home .... and when I'm out and about I have to resort to shelled peanuts because of the waste - unfortunately they are so terribly oversalted...

Thanks for the answer! I could imagine that sales would work better if the shelled, unsalted peanuts could be found with the other nuts (and not separately in the bakery range). I mainly need these peanuts for Asian dishes (e.g. Thai), where they are an important ingredient. I don't think I would have thought of looking for them in the bakery range. Anyway, thank you very much :)

A few months ago, my wife and I discovered Ültje pure, baked in the oven and unsalted. As a snack between meals, in muesli or with low-fat quark.
Healthy, of course :)
Unfortunately, I have only discovered them at Manorfood and Müller (the latter is more expensive). I don't like the (own) product from the Coop.
As Migros sells this product in the store, I would be happy to be able to buy it in the store in future. Thank you!
