Dear Migros.
I have a product request, or rather two.
Tigernut flour and tigernut milk. Both taste great and are very versatile.

Hello HirschiS, thank you for contacting us. We will be happy to clarify your request with our responsible department. You will hear from us shortly. Best regards, Jan
Hello Hirschi S, thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we are not planning to introduce tigernut flour as demand is too low. In addition, our shelf space is very limited, which means that we have to remove an item from the range to make room for new products. We are happy to take your input on board and will incorporate it as best we can in the next product range revision. Regarding the tigernut milk. We have an Alnatura almond rice drink in our range. Maybe you'll like it. Best regards, Jan
I would like to add my voice to the request. You can't know the demand if they've never been on offer.
This is a diplomatic answer from Migros, with which they actually want to say that they have no interest at all in introducing these products and do not intend to introduce them at some point...
Hello @indios
We included various samples in our tastings which did not convince the test persons.
For this reason, we are refraining from including these products.
Kind regards,
Angela
Samples? Test persons? I have never seen or heard of such samples or been able to test them. These are excuses - the kind we're getting tired of hearing from Migros.
As long as a product is not in the store and being sold, you can't know whether we customers want it.
At Migros, they believe that customers only want You, You and You again!
I've been waiting a long time for the store to be renamed "Oh! You".
@indios
I have also never seen or heard anywhere that Migros is looking for test persons for their product tests for the purpose of new launches or that they give out samples etc. I would like to know how Migros does these tests, they are certainly not representative. I also have the feeling that this once again falls into the category of "excuses"/"evasions"/"appeasements"...
I agree with you, as long as the product is not offered for sale in the store, Migros will never really know whether customers actually want such a product or not.
@Bodenseeknusperli
"Are these the test subjects who found oversweetened yogurt to be the best even though the reviews by the band all say they are way too sweet and you want it different?"
=> you can't say it any better than that? Top!
I have the feeling that Migros thinks products are great that I as a consumer don't think are great at all or that the majority of consumers don't think are great, but Migros does for reasons I don't understand... Or is it really just me that everything I like disappears from the range and everything I don't like is pushed and hyped by Migros?
