Some time ago I discovered that Happy Nuss bread is no longer available at Migros Rheinfelden. Inquiries with the staff revealed that the product has been removed from the range.
Now my question; is it normal for an article that is demonstrably doing well to simply be eliminated without consulting the customers? The fact that the bread was selling well was shown by the fact that no more bread was available by 6 p.m. at the latest. That's why I always went shopping in the morning if possible. If you now want to tell me that the article was not sold enough, I must vehemently contradict you. I have already spoken to several customers and they are all upset about your behavior. The bread is excellent and will easily keep for a week.
I would therefore ask you - especially in view of your beautiful advertising slogan "Migros ghört de Lüt" (Migros belongs to the people) - to include the Happy Nuss bread in your range again with immediate effect.

I understand you well @charly2011 - it's hard to let go of a cherished product. Unfortunately, the Happy bread Nussnuss was not as popular with all our customers as it was with yours. We assure you that we will examine such a decision very carefully. You can still find the light Happy bread(https://produkte.migros.ch/happy-bread-hell-terrasuisse) and the dark Happy bread(https://produkte.migros.ch/happy-bread-dunkel-terrasuisse) on our shelves. Unfortunately, your answer does not convince me. On the contrary, my observations have shown that both the happy-bread-light-terrasuisse and the happy-bread-dark-terrasuisse are still in abundance on the shelves in the Rheinfelden branch shortly before closing time. Something has probably been mixed up here!!! The happy-bread-nut was clearly more popular with customers.
It's logical that not all stores have the same shopping interests and that's why Migros, as innovative as it wants to be, should pay more attention to the different stores.
That would be "customer service" as it should be. I would be very grateful if you could forward this to the relevant authorities. Kind regards. Charly
We've had the same problem with various breads in Wil for years. And Migros keeps talking its way out of it

Instead, many other products, often in excessively multiple editions, appear on the shelves, unnecessarily.
I've been shopping at Migros for 40 years, but I'm starting to like Coop more and more.

Hello everyone, we have good news for you. Those responsible have decided to reintroduce Happy Bread with nuts to the range. However, the exact date is not yet known. In order to make room for this item, we will have to remove the variety with chia & linseed from the range. Kind regards, Heidi
Yeah, probably the first of these unspeakable Chia fashion products to fly! I'm really celebrating right now.
In my opinion, the "oh" and "you" products can be taken out of the range again, nobody buys them... But I'm sure Migros will say that they'll stay in the range because they meet customer needs and are bought diligently...
