As I don't want to eat any (or only a few) carbohydrates in the evening, but I don't want to do without bread, it would be THE ultimate if Migros offered a low carb bread (à la Pro Body bread, protein evening bread)! That way I wouldn't have to bake it myself or travel to Germany to post it.

I also went to Migros today, and even here in the town they had the bread. ...also to try. It's really good! Sure, it's freshly baked in the store, but it tastes good! But why the high fat content? The bread is even more of a sin now, isn't it?
It's also a bit expensive, how much does it cost at the bakery?
But in any case, it's great that it's here now!

to make amu for sis is it quite ok, because according to sis you should take about 20gr fat per meal....obs good I do not know, but it has helped me and I find very little fat more on the body (maybe now just not visible;-))))
i want to try the bread from migros...according to schlank im schlaf there is now supposed to be a new bread, protein bread without grains, for those who don't like grains...whether that's true...i'll have to do some research...

Yes, I can well imagine that it's because of the grains. I like them, but if there's one without, then maybe it has less fat?
So what are the quantities with sis? Logically, I now eat too much and have lost the feeling for quantities that one eats to lose weight...?

@unnötig:the amounts are really nice, I think.... depending on the bmi it is calculated, if the bmi is over 30 then there is breakfast and lunch each 100gr kh....and in the evening best none...if the bmi is below 30 there is simply 75gr kh...

does that mean about 400-500g of potatoes or 100g of raw rice/pasta? and the rest of the nutritional values don't matter? Because, let's take the Léger protein bread, you could eat 700g of that! Not that I wouldn't like that, but it's also extremely high in kcal and fat.

about 300-500 grams of potatoes (no one likes potatoes) or, as you wrote, about 100 grams of raw pasta, exactly...that's how I used to do it and still do....
but from bread????so much?i don't know the values yet, i can eat a good 100 grams of my bread at night and then i'm more than full!
for lunch or in the morning you don't eat the egg white bread, the one from de is called egg white evening bread...i eat normal bread in the morning and at lunchtime!

I went to Migros, 9500 Wil, at lunchtime today to buy the bread. I got the answer from Migipedia that it was available in larger branches. And Wil is rather larger.
But unfortunately the bread is not on sale there. It's also bad that not even the employees, not even the baker himself knows about such bread and is not informed that it exists. Even the bread and information specialists have no idea that such bread exists.
I think communication urgently needs to be improved.
What a pity, where can I buy this bread in eastern Switzerland?
