I can no longer find my Ebly Express nature in myMigros store (MMM), they say it has been taken out of the range. I would then unfortunately be forced to switch to the competition.

Hello florida13, thank you for your contribution. We have not had Ebly Nature in our range for a few weeks now. This is because demand was too low. We're sorry that we can't give you better feedback. As an alternative, we are happy to offer you Ebly Tender Wheat (article number 1044.340). Perhaps you will like it just as much. Kind regards, Luisa
I also really miss Ebly Express Nature in 1-serving packs that are ready to eat within 2 minutes in the microwave! Ideal for a single household!
The argument that demand was too low, which is why it was removed from the range, must be countered by the fact that it was not adequately advertised, as is now the case for the large pack.
Why not seize this opportunity and come back to Ebly Express Nature and promote both products at the same time?
Otmi
Hello @Omti, thank you for your comment. We have forwarded your observation and your request to those responsible. However, we can't promise you whether they will consider taking it up again. Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. Best regards, Tamara
Apparently no longer available at Coop either. I really miss this product. Migros has conspired against me and is eliminating all my favorite products.
Hello @NetHawk, thank you for your message. I am sorry that we have discontinued one of your favorite products. The product did not meet with the approval of our customers, so we decided to take this step. Best regards, Richi
Normal Ebly "cooking" takes less than 10 minutes (they are already pre-cooked). A 2-minute bag with the appropriate preservatives (moist) and then microwave is not very healthy... If you want 2 minutes, you better go straight to the take-away.

Even the "Weber cooks" cooking programs have no articles on the subject of "Ebly express".
Ebly Express contains no preservatives and yes, sometimes time is very tight and I still don't want to go to a take-away. Incidentally, I didn't make these in the microwave, but not because I don't want to, but simply because we don't (want to) have any more, purely for reasons of space. You can do without one. And one more remark: my nearest take-away is about half an hour away, not everyone lives right next to Migros...
Dear Tamara
One more thing: when you can no longer find a product, you first think it's just not available. Then, after a while, you wonder, and finally someone from the store staff asks. But they don't always know either. Eventually you end up here in the forum. By then, a lot of frustration has built up. How about informing the customers who bought the product in question in advance? This could be limited to electronic communication, as it would probably be too expensive to send by post. Then you might not reach everyone, but at least some of them. And on the other hand: if the demand was so low, there shouldn't be too many people affected... Then the whole Cumulus thing would be good for something that doesn't just have to do with increasing sales, but would instead lead to a real dialog. The end result would be the same, but consumers would be a lot less annoyed. Trust me.
Bonus: you can also try to win over affected customers for other, similar products.
Hello @NetHawk
Thank you for your comment.
Items that are removed from the range usually do not disappear from the stores overnight. They are usually first discounted by 50% and then disappear from the shelves continuously. If we designate the item as discontinued from the outset and customers still see it in the stores, this leads to more confusion than the other way round.
Kind regards
Angela
