Dear radio play fans
Our collection campaign for new radio play figures starts on July 3. If you have any questions about Disney Magic Stories, we will be happy to answer them here in the forum. You can also reach us by telephone on 0848 44 11 00.
If you don't know your Cumulus password, you can call the Cumulus Infoline on 0848 85 0848. For data protection reasons, we have to identify account holders personally.
You can find help with installing the app and activating the stamp card as well as information about the StoryBox at www.migros.ch/storybox.
We wish you many exciting hours with the new stories and characters!
With the current Disney figurine campaign, you have fully embraced the trend of complete digitalization. Bravo. Did you take into account the fact that: - the nice staff at the checkouts are being deprived of the "decision-making authority" to give one more tile than intended, e.g. if you have reached the limit of one tile by 30? - some of the people after us at the checkout were very happy to give our three kids their supermarket biscuits, and that we had some lovely conversations while we packed up our bulk purchases? - grandparents, grandpas, aunts, uncles, godparents etc. are now NO longer able to donate a few Märklis and make the children very happy? - you are SYSTEMATICALLY excluding a lot of people from the campaign, namely those without a smartphone, or even if you don't provide your personal data (Cumulus)? data (Cumulus), or is the data collection even one of the reasons for the "restructuring"? - that you are making a lot of children, at least ours, quite sad because you are taking away the wonderful opportunity to collect stamps and then proudly stick them in?
I could probably list several more points, but it's clear to everyone that the loss of real Märklis means that MANY social interactions will simply be sent down the drain! The training of certain early childhood development skills (collecting, counting, sticking things on...) also became obsolete. For me personally, it is extremely incomprehensible that MIGROS has not given any thought to the points listed when developing this campaign - and even worse if it deliberately ignores them. In my opinion, the whole thing is simply embarrassing and not very "Migros-like". I suggest digitizing the masterminds of the marketing people responsible next time.
If the anti-social trends at Migros become more frequent in future, at least we'll know where we no longer feel comfortable shopping. Duttweiler would be turning in his grave!
Our article can be copied, reproduced, liked, shared, loved and whatnot. Or you can send us feedback by postcard. With the right label on it.
Our condolences, from family to family... my contribution is below. We are also immensely disappointed by the new digital "behavior" of Migros, the greatest joy for our kids was always receiving, collecting/saving and sticking on the Märkli - our 2-year-old also helped diligently. Conclusion: The marketing managers at Migros don't seem to have any children - or each of them already has their own smartphone & Cumulus account.... =/
@ony_82 sometimes I have the same feeling that children are born with smartphones, stat on an umbilical cord, a charging cable.
I hope that by the time I die you can still pay with notes and coins. You can't go wrong with sticking them in, digital stamps (during the family-friendly vacation season) can happen.
I think Migros has learned its lesson after 14 pages.
Thanks for your contribution. The coupons over 4.70 only disappear when you redeem them. There are 2 coupons per stamp card, one for 4.70 for 5 stamps and one for a free figure for 10 stamps. These are independent of each other and can/must be redeemed in the same way. In other words, if the free figure is redeemed, the coupon for 4.70 remains available. You will then find the coupon for the free figure under "Redeemed".
You should have the same number of 4.70 coupons in total as coupons for free figures or, if necessary, one more 4.70 coupon. Please check both the redeemed and unredeemed coupons. If it is still not correct, please send a message including your Cumulus number to migros-helpline@migros.ch. We will then be happy to check the situation.
Free figurines not yet active ... that's almost the worst. Your child thinks the next time they go shopping all they need is a stamp, but nothing happens, and you still can't redeem the figure because your phone doesn't even know it's free yet. What's more, the stories are a huge setback. At around 7 minutes (only 10 MB in size), they're book stories read aloud. No comparison to the beautiful gnome stories and the great adventures Mick had with his friends. (30 MB) The choice of words and language and the way the stories were told were very exciting. But the Disney characters didn't live up to expectations at all. Too bad, dear MIGROS. :-( As customers, we have to buy just as much for it :-( Apparently it's finished and the box is full, as it says in other comments. I would have liked a nicer finish.????MfG Limali
Thank you for your feedback. We will not change anything in the stories of the current promotion. We are sorry that they are not to your liking. We are grateful for your input and will incorporate it into the planning of future campaigns.
