First of all, of course, everything is voluntary, only possible for Cumulus users and would affect both the Migros app (e.g. Android) and the PC (e.g. Windows) - not forgetting the Apple community ...
In Friedrich Dürrenmatt's work "The Physicists", the banal assertion is made: "What has once been thoughtcan no longer be taken back." ... can no longer be prevented, at best it can be sensibly controlled, and that is why I have a few suggestions in this limited area:
-- Digital warranty coupons : Why not offer this in addition to the cash receipts ? They would be available for the entire warranty period and could either be printed out on the PC or shown at the checkout in the Migros app in the event of a warranty claim.
--So far, the receipts can be traced back for 2 years, which so far only makes sense because of the warranty cases, but is tedious without automatic sorting (see above and forum request recently). For most customers, the current and previous collection period would be sufficient (i.e. with today's date, this would be from Oct. 1, 2017) ... but the option in the settings to have the expired ones automatically sent to the stored email address via PDF or CSV - probably only a few who want this. !.?
--The option under settings to request a total waiver in paper form (which can be selected individually):
-Cash receipts ,
-2x/ 5x on receipt slips for total purchases, or 25x or 40x on individual items
-Guarantee slips,
-account statements (incl. blue Cumulus vouchers and yellow coupons),
So, when I see that the receipts are on my cell phone within 15 minutes, the counter-argument of not being able to track a paid purchase should be invalid.
