We actually think the Delizio coffee machine trade-in promotion is a great thing.
It is incomprehensible to us that there is no discount for a more expensive model
(Delizio Caffè Latte capsule machine) but only the Delizio Compact Automatic model.

I don't check what or which Delizio can be exchanged a Delizio turns red every now and then we have 3 pieces I think it is partly due to the capsules

The trade-in promotion was only valid from 19.02.13 - 04.03.13.
If you experience technical problems, it is best to take the machine to a branch for further clarification. Best regards, Jrene

I'm happy with my machine so far.
Although it wasn't in use at all from December 2012 to April 2013.
It doesn't work without capsules either.

Anyone who wanted to exchange their old machine for a new one during the trade-in campaign received a corresponding discount. This had nothing to do with defective appliances. Best regards, Jrene

So there was only one discount.

So I was mega lucky I got mine for half the price, for not even 50.- a nice red very simple, that's enough for me before I always had the feeling only expensive coffee machines are good, but that's just a splin because I've realized GOOD doesn't have to be EXPENSIVE :-)

My red one looks the same. But I don't know how to descale it.

You can read everything in the instructions for use, there is also delizio descaler especially for the machines, it is important that you use it according to the instructions so that nothing goes wrong
