I don't know what it's like in your Migros, but mine has WLAN. My cell phone logs in automatically and I don't have any reception problems. The network in our store is also lousy.
You can check it out, it's called "Migros WiFi" and requires your M-Connect login the first time, after that it works automatically (for 6 months or so I think).
