I couldn't believe that last Saturday Das Urchige-Brot was no longer on the shelves in 9500 Wil. The lame excuse that it didn't sell well is once again not true. I beg you very much to give us back Das Urchige!

You're right, that's not quite correct. I have just been informed that this bread will be replaced with a new quality: "Steinofen das Urchige" from the stone oven - as the name suggests. Next Tuesday, on 12.09.2017, is already the start of sales. Unfortunately, a transition without interruption was not possible.

The small version already exists. And yes, I've read about it. But unfortunately the bread isn't 500 grams, so it's out of the question for me...............
It's a shame that good things keep disappearing and completely useless stuff ends up on the shelves......

The bread that will be introduced on 12.09. also weighs 500g. It really is 1:1 the same bread, the difference lies in the baking in the stone oven.

Sorry for the long wait. I had to make a few clarifications as the matter was not entirely clear to me and @Tabi_Migros.
Unfortunately, I misinformed you: The bread is sold in stores with their own in-house bakery and the Wil store has its own in-house bakery, but you can find the bread in smaller stores in the Wil area, e.g. in Zuzwil or Münchwilen.
The reason why the bread is not offered in the Wil branch is that the in-house bakery wants to promote the bread it produces itself.

What? That's not happening now! Such a great bread is simply thrown out of the range!
I therefore urgently request that this bread be reinstated in the range!
