The pre-Christmas Joker from Sunday 23.12.2018 was 5x Cumulus points. No matter how many times I clicked on this joker at LeShop, nothing happened in terms of Cumulus. Even after completing the order process, none of these points were visible. Well, so as not to ask myself any more questions, I canceled the order a few hours later.

@Bodenseeknusperli: So far I have also relied on the automatic billing being correct. In the first case, I had vouchers with 3x points for the entire range and 20x points for the Candida range. I made a purchase for CHF 68.40 (=205.2 points), including a Candida product for CHF 3.30 (= 66 points). However, only 206.2 points were credited, both vouchers are shown as redeemed in the app. In the second case, I bought this product yesterday, which is advertised with 20x points https://produkte.migros.ch/sponser-whey-protein-isolate-94 (promotion runs until tomorrow). However, only 82.93 points were credited for the entire purchase of CHF 82.90, i.e. 590 points were misappropriated.
@Mystery1978Logically,I only buy what I need and often I don't even realize such promotions. But that has nothing to do with the fact that the points are obviously not always credited correctly during promotions.
Yes, I fully understood you, yesterday we had a lot of points with 2× of 100 francs purchase, 3× settlement, 2× wheel of fortune and 5x wheel of fortune also some 20× products from the store. If the till receipt was at the top, I could give feedback straight away. Now I'll probably have to wait until next Saturday.

When redeeming the advantage coupons, the conditions must be observed in each case, e.g. ''multiple and special packs are excluded''.
Unfortunately, I can't see what happened in your case. However, you are welcome to send us your receipt by e-mail so that we can check exactly how the points were awarded; cumulus@migros.ch

I have also noticed that the points are somehow not being calculated correctly. As I understand it, when I give a 2-fold receipt, the purchase amount x2 is calculated. If I then check the points, the amount of points is usually not double the purchase amount but slightly less, for whatever reason.
It gets tricky if you add a second, e.g. 4-fold points receipt. I have not yet found out how and what is then calculated. Presumably 1x purchase amount x2 and 1x purchase amount x4 and the whole thing then added together - but even then the result of the points does not match the purchase amount. Since the cash register actually calculates this itself (?), I suspect that the cash registers are probably not programmed correctly.
There are no Cumulus points for chargeable items such as garbage bags, telephone credit, etc. Perhaps this is the reason why the points match the total
But if you redeem 20× or 40× then it is only on that product, and you must not forget to deduct that from your bill. Whether you buy cat food or something else for 20 francs, the cat food or something else can be completely removed from the insulated bill if you also pay 5× or 2× at the checkout. The bill then becomes complicated.
@Mystery1978: 20x or 40x is nothing more than a 20% or 40% promotional discount on an item in Migros, restricted to a very specific Cumulus user.
@Migrosbesitzer-- 2x or 5x should rather mean 1x or 4x additional Cumulus points than normal... or in other words; if I buy for 100 CHF there is always 1 CHF discount, if I show a 2x, then the discount is simply 2 CHF.... 2x (multiple) just sounds a bit more valuable.
This is particularly noticeable in the advertising for the Cumulus credit card, when it says so nicely: You get 1 Cumulus point for every CHF 1 you spend, and 1 Cumulus point for every CHF 3 you spend outside Migros. This suggests that you get 1 additional point - but this is not the case, this is the regular point that you get anyway when you present a Cumulus card. In addition, you only get 3 points per CHF 1 outside Migros, because you don't get them in the normal way, and since Coop also advertises in the same way, you would have to pay with the Supercard credit card at Migros and with the Cumulus credit card at Coop...
Basically: A 2x should not be overrated, i.e. shopping more than CHF 100 just because of the 2x does not make sense.
Another thing is with "gifted" 2x, 3x, 5x.... you make the highest purchase (but without buying more) in the redemption period and think to yourself: "don't look a gift horse in the mouth".
