Cumulus Punkte-Abrechnung

Good day
Every other month, like everyone else, I receive a statement of Cumulus points with a lot of paper. The personalized receipts can practically all be viewed digitally. Would it not be possible to digitize the entire statement so that, if this has been set up beforehand, you no longer receive a letter by post? Either as a separate category or in the "Wallet" category, for example? Or where you can see the points you have already collected?
Kind regards

Hello@fluidlina

We have been working for some time to digitize the Cumulus program step by step and are aiming for a paperless (or at least "low-paper") solution. As this is a changeover that cannot be resolved overnight, we are unfortunately unable to offer this at the present time.

Kind regards

Tanja

That sounds good! I didn't mean offering it overnight, it was just an idea that I hope can be implemented.

Older people in particular don't have a cell phone to load these receipts onto.
I personally think it's bad to digitize everything...

This is becoming a huge problem.
Everything is digital , via cell phone , tablet and co .
Older people can no longer keep up and sometimes even people in their mid-50s have problems with some ....
My mother couldn't and still can't keep up at all, because everywhere it says "you have to download here and there, print out here and there etc ..... people are overwhelmed at that age, which I can fully understand

As I understand it, the idea is that this will remain optional (at least for the time being), and those who want it will still get the paper.

But basically you can't (and shouldn't) stop progress. There has always been change and there always will be. 20 years ago, some people may have thought that the Internet was only for nerds. And now it is the most important communication and information medium in the everyday lives of many, if not most, people. A turnaround is not in sight.
Many people may have been overwhelmed at first when they were suddenly expected to drive an automobile instead of a horse-drawn carriage 100 years ago. That comes with time. Just don't underestimate the ability to learn, and instead of acting helplessly, just try things out a bit ...

I think we have already understood what was meant ?
But you really can't compare horse-drawn carriages and today's progress.
I'll tell you that many of our parents had other things to do over the years than worry about the emergence of the digital world ..... They worked hard.
It also has nothing to do with being "helpless" and unable to learn if older people can no longer keep up.
A few years ago, when she went to the local authority to get the forms she needed for my father, who was suffering from dementia, she was only told that she had to print them out herself ..... Luckily she had children and grandchildren .... because she didn't have a PC.

That's where the things that often limit the ability to learn come in ..... illnesses

Hello @fluidlina, thank you for your suggestion. We will be happy to forward your feedback to the relevant department. Unfortunately, I can't tell you at the moment whether such a function will be possible in the near future. Greetings Natalie

Hello
I was wondering if it would be possible to offer this as an option. Today, an invoice or similar can also be received by e-mail, hence my question. And people are saying everywhere that we need to save more paper. So if I can make a contribution in this way, and it also benefits me in other ways, why not?
Anyone who still wants to receive their statement by post should have this option. I didn't mean that everything should now be digitized for everyone :)

Hello @fluidlina, thank you for your suggestion. At the moment, the Cumulus statement is still sent by post.

I will be happy to forward your feedback to the appropriate department. Greetings Natalie

Is it possible to cancel paperless billing and switch to digital billing in the meantime?
