That means in a store with 500 m2 there should be 50 customers in one time. theoretically it should be ok, but practically it does not work like this. if a store has 500 meters square and 200 m2 shelves there is only 200 m2 free, that brings 20 customers in one time. please regulate this measure or at least arrange a golden mean. Instead of 50, allow 35. 2. many come with children to shop. it is up to the parents to decide, but please if parents have no understanding and ignore the rules for their children, it is time to sort this out. 3. some customers have no understanding of the rules, they find ridiculous e.g. the protection sus Peziglas or that we serve without mask and gloves up to scolding against other nations that have brought this virus. we have to be patient with the people but patience has a limit. Who protects us against such gestures, can we respond harshly and why not ban such people?

Absolutely. I experienced this on Saturday in 9500 Wil. It was great how the staff managed everything with the trolleys and all that. There were also very few people and plenty of space. But unfortunately people are so focused on the food that they don't keep their distance!!!! It often happened that I was at the bread shelf, for example, and then another customer snaked his way through to get a loaf of bread in the lower section. There was also a lot of jostling for vegetables. IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO ADHERE TO THESE RULES. AND PLEASE, ONLY ONE PERSON PER FAMILY SHOULD GO SHOPPING! IT'S NOT A SHOPPING EVENT WITH CHILDREN!
